(Japan Charts – 13/3/13) – 3DS Finally Beaten In Japanese Charts

March 13, 2013

ImageAfter leading the way in Japan for months in Japan, the 3DS has finally been outsold by Sony’s own handheld, the PS Vita. Not only that, but to add to Nintendo’s woes, both the PS3 and PSP doubled the sales of the Wii U; Nintendo’s latest home console has been struggling since its December launch in Japan. Unfortunately, the software side of things doesn’t make this weeks Nintendo showing seem any more fortuitous. Just 3 Nintendo games have managed to make it into the software top 10, with only Animal Crossing: New Leaf in the top 5.
